Triumph’s president, Tami McCandlish, has been on all sides of relational
aggression, but the hurt she endured as a victim led her to speak out and
launch a public campaign against girl bullying.
With youthful charisma and stature, Tami presents her personal experience in
such a way that students find her testimony relatable, relevant and
applicable. Her words impact, demand attention, and encourage empathy,
kindness and effective, appropriate decision-making in relationships and
friendships. Tami’s story is a learning tool not only for students but for
parents, administrators and teachers as well.
Tami has spoken at schools such as Amanda Clearcreek Middle School, Canal
Winchester Middle School, Delaware Christian School, Granville High School,
Liberty Union Middle School, Ohio University, Pickerington Central High
School, Thomas Worthington High School, and William V. Fisher Catholic High
School, as well as others.

We volunteer our time and support to assist girls, parents, and school administrators and faculty with decisions that involve relational aggression. We listen. We encourage. We empower. And we make referrals to legal and mental health professionals when needed. Please schedule a meeting, give us a call, or send us an e-mail to let us know how we can help.
Whether you are a school administrator, guidance counselor, or a Girl Scout, youth or community leader, you can work with Triumph to design a tailored workshop to fit the needs of the girls with whom you are associated. Workshops will address the fundamentals and definition of relational aggression. Other topics can include social roles, popularity, friendship structures, friendship values, conflict, communication, problem-solving, media images, cyber-bullying, empathy, emotions, self-esteem, and empowerment.
If your school would like to make a positive, long-term, and systematic change regarding relational aggression, Triumph can help meet this need. To discuss the possibility of running regular assemblies, lunch meetings, after-school programs, or implementing relational bullying material into curriculum, please contact us at triumphorganization@yahoo.com.
